Abstract：
北京市房地产市场在快速发展的同时,也出现了一些问题,比如商品房空置面积的居高不下,严重地困绕着北京房地产市场的发展.本文通过建立灰色关联分析模型,对影响北京地区商品房空置面积的各个因素进行了分析,并确定了各个因素的影响次序.
