Abstract:
借助Leica图像分析仪,对硼含量0.5%3.0%和碳含量约0.4%的高硼铁基合金经1000℃x2h水淬,200℃回火4h处理后,进行了硼碳化合物数量分析;并在ML-10销盘式磨损试验机和MLD-10动载冲击磨损试验机上进行了二体磨损和三体磨损试验.试验结果表明:硼含量对硼碳化合物的体积分数的影响呈γ=7.078 e0.822x指数曲线变化;在二体磨损试验条件下,高硼铁基合金的耐磨性优于高铬铸铁,硼含量越高耐磨性越好;在三体动载磨损试验条件下,硼含量低于1.5%的高硼铁基合金的耐磨性优于高铬铸铁,而硼含量大于1.5%的高硼铁基合金的耐磨性比高铬铸铁稍差.
