Starting from the theory of traffic Impact Analysis (TIA), thispaper points out how to make TIA which should adapt to our national conditions and large seale business development. At first the traffic planning software package is made good use of to make qualitative analysis on the impact of traffic development, and then the concerned modol is used to make quantitative analysis on this impact.
