Study on the Growth and Compact Volume Holographic Storage Properties of Ce∶Fe∶LiNbO3 Crystal at 633nm
Translated Abstract
Crystals of Ce∶Fe∶LiNbO3 were grown from melt by Czochraski method. Compact Volume Holographic storage properties of the Ce∶Fe∶LiNbO3 at 633nm have been studied for the first time. The response time of Fe∶LiNbO3 and Ce∶Fe∶LiNbO3, with different impurity density, has been measured and compared. It is shown in our experment that Ce∶Fe∶LiNbO3 crystal is more sensitive to 633nm than Fe∶LiNbO3 crystal. So it is a good kind of material of Volume Holographic record.
