Research on constructing innovation practice bases on campus of civil specialty

Improving university students＇＇ consciousness and ability of innovation is an important segment of higher Education.University students＇＇ innovation practice base of civil specialty is constructed in Beijing University of Technology,which has important significance for enhancing the team spirit,innovation ability and comprehensive quality of university students.Taking the construction of innovation practice base of civil specialty in BJUT as an example,from the aspects of construction situation,training concept,main characteristics,and construction planning,the article elaborates on that the improvement quality of academician and the construction of intramural innovation practice bases play an important role in cultivating innovative talents.
