Abstract:
重载齿轮箱关键零部件易发生损伤性单复合故障,其故障机理复杂,故障特征难于提取.因此本课题采用理论分析和数值仿真以及实验和工程实际数据分析等研究手段,针对齿轮箱关键零部件单复合损伤性故障机理及其早期故障特征分离与提取技术进行理论方法与技术开发研究,重点研究轴承损伤性复合故障耦合机理及其复合故障诊断系列方法及单级齿轮箱多源激励下的损伤性故障机理及其故障特征提取方法.
