Recycled water use has become an urgent requirement to promote water conservation and water pollution control.As an emerging field of application of reclaimed water, Reclaimed water as indirect drinking water has become an altemative way to solve the shortage of fresh water.Meanwhile, protection of health and safety is a key point of reclaimed water used as indirect drinking water.Conventional indicators of water quality cannot meet the health and safety requirements, it also need to focus trace toxic and hazardous pollutants, pathogens, etc.Many countries and regions have made stringent water quality standards in order to protect the safety of reclaimed water and public health.
