According to the fundamental concept and category of industrial design, applying the systemic theory and methods,coupled with analysis and comparison of the similarities and differences between embodied interaction design and other design theory and/or design practice, the concept of embodied interaction design based on emotionalized design is put forward.The design considerations together with design procedure and design method of embodied interaction design are summarized and concluded in theory.From this, the innovation experimental method of prototype which using open source hardware as a platform in the process of embodied interaction design was proposed.Such innovative ensures the design of human-computer interaction product can be achieved in the line of usability engineering, with the usability and the pleasantness of Human-computer interaction products driving by emotional can are increased in the meantime.Making embodied interaction design become an operable design method through case studies is aimed to make industrial design is able to widen and improve the dimension of design innovation , enrich the design means, develop to the diversification, as well as provide itself with new ideas in the situation of information technology.
