Abstract:
利用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)技术对比研究了干湿交替环境和全浸环境试验条件下,破损3LPE防腐层在3.5%NaCI溶液中阴极剥离过程和机制,干湿循环试验步骤为12h浸泡,12h干燥.试验结果表明,破损3LPE防腐层在全浸环境中的起始剥离电位为-1.28V (vs.SCE),即-1.20V (vs.CSE);干湿交替环境下破损3LPE防腐层的阻抗变化与全浸过程类似,防腐层的阻抗先增大后减小,且与全浸泡过程相比,数值明显比全浸泡过程的阻抗小得多,干湿循环明显加速了腐蚀反应的发生,防腐层失效速率明显加快.
