A single frequency nanosecond pulse all-fiber laser amplification is implemented in this paper.Firstly,a single frequency diode laser with center wavelength of 1064nm is modulated by a function generator and a acousto-optic modulator (AOM),a pulse width of 10 ns and the frequency is 5 kHz and 10 kHz is generated,respectively.Then the seed laser is amplified by an all-fiber master oscillator power-amplifier (MOPA) with three-stage amplifier construction.When the pump power is increased to 63.9 W in the main power amplifier stage,the average output power of 47.55Wand 46.12 W,the single pulse energy of 9.5mJ and 4.6 mJ is generated respectively at the frequency of 5 kHz and 10 kHz corresponding to the peak power of 950 kW and 460 kW pulse laser,respectively.
