In order to improve the maneuvering capability,quick reaction capability and automatic forecasting capabilities of water quality monitoring system,implemented water quality automatic monitoring of key areas and emergency monitoring of water pollution areas,and improve transmission and analysis efficiency of the monitoring information and data,the space-earth based integrated monitoring system for water environment was constructed.Taking Danjiangkou reservoir as a study area,the method of space-earth based integrated monitoring system for water environment was explored,the system combined the GIS spatial analysis technology and remote sensing technology,water intelligent information management advantages,made up for the deficiency of the current water environment monitoring system,meet the requirements for early warning and forecasting of sudden and malignant water pollution accident and rapid response capabilities,and provided a basis for water environment management decision of water administrative departments at all levels as well.
