Translated Abstract
This paper is based on the teaching practice and considerations of a lecturer who has been teaching the course of "Introduction of Architecture Design" for 17th years.In this paper the author introduces Kolb''s central principle of experiential learning theory (ELT) which sets out a four-stage learning cycle and four distinct learning styles which are based on the learning cycle.A example of teaching practice in the course in Beijing University of Technology is given to show that how the ELT helps students learn effectively through the complete learning cycle designed by the teachers.
