Translated Abstract
Because of the resonance occurs in vocal track when people is speaking and the formant is created which is the strip lines obviously shown on the spectrogram,so the formant is an unique feature of the speech signal.This algorithm based on the analysis of spectrogram,which gets good quantitative results in the experiments within the enviroment of different SNR white noise and outburst noise.
