GD02-018基于反射式体布拉格光栅的窄脉宽单纵模激光器

Abstract:
采用准连续半导体端面泵浦沿a轴布儒斯特角切割、掺杂浓度1.0at.%的Nd:YVO4 晶体,采用DKDP晶体电光调Q,使用反射式体布拉格光栅作为输出镜.在谐振腔物理长度20mm,重复频率5Hz-100Hz范围内,获得了最短脉宽1.920ns,单脉冲能量0.38mJ的单纵模激光输出.
