Abstract:
为了研究应用金属磁记忆检测技术对齿轮进行故障诊断的有效性,对齿轮进行疲劳试验及磁记忆检测.通过分析齿轮疲劳试验之前及之后采集到的磁记忆信号,研究了地磁场作用下裂纹附近齿轮表面的弱磁信号的变化以及磁记忆效应,发现在疲劳裂纹及相邻区域,漏磁场的法向分量Hp(y)的梯度具有峰值特征,这表明磁记忆检测技术对齿轮疲劳裂纹早期故障诊断可能会有较好的效果.
