液体静压支承工作平台的数值模拟

Abstract:
本文利用MSC.Patran&Nastran软件对液体静压支承工作平台进行数值模拟与分析,得到了平台的前十阶振型与频率,同时研究了不同作用力下工作平台的位移和应力分布情况,从而为进一步研究液体静压支承的动力学性质,提高重型机床大型工件的加工精度提供了依据。
