薄铜板的高功率紫外激光微切割

Abstract:
通过改变不同辅助气体及工艺参数研究高功率紫外激光切割薄铜板的切割性能。结果表明了用氩气作为辅助气体,得到切缝及热影响宽度最小,切割质量最好,氧气作为辅助气体时切割质量最差;在一定范围内,提高激光功率及切割速度有助于减少切缝宽度,降低热影响区面积,获得较好的切割质量。
