Abstract:
<正>激光变频技术是激光应用的重要环节,利用KTP,LBO等晶体可以对Nd:YAG的基频光1064nm进行二倍频、三倍频甚至六倍频;并可以实现光参量振荡,光频调谐范围可从紫外一直扩展到红外;利用色心晶体和终端声子激光晶体实现可见和近红外可调谐激光输出,如Ti:Al_2O_3可以产生650~1100nm波长范围的激光;利用近红外LD泵浦上转换晶体,如Er~(3+):LiLuF_4可以产生550nm的连续上转换可见激光。拉曼激光技术是利用拉曼介质的受激拉曼散射(stimulated Raman scattering)
