Due to the increasingly prominent environmental problems caused by the high degree of industrialization and urbanization, the requirements of landscaping and ecological construction have been constantly raised. GIS technology plays a leading role in the field of forest landscape display. With the continuous improvement of 3D GIS technology, the application of 3D GIS in Wisdom Forest Platform system has become the main trend of forest information management.This topic systematically studies the current situation of Wisdom forest management and the development trend of 3D GIS, and puts forward a new mode of application of 3D GIS in Wisdom forest management. Based on the actual survey, on-the-spot survey and the existing data, the forest 3D model is further constructed after obtaining the data. The main research is based on ArcGIS Engine10.2 platform and Visual Studio 2012 programming environment for the development and of 3D landscape system.
