Abstract:

Based on the actual engineering, the paper designs and calculates the selection, direction angle and the tilt angle of the collector, and on this basis to establish a mathematical model of solar collectors on sunny days. The article simulates and analyzes the heat transfer characteristics of All-glass vacuum tube solar collectors on typical sunny days. Through the comparative analyzing the curve of the analog value and the engineering value of the collector outlet temperature, the conclusion is that the trend of the analog value and the engineering value are consistency. The overall margin of error does not exceed 5 degrees C. This model can be used to predict changes in sunny solar thermal collector system outlet water temperature.
