Abstract:

According to the impact disturbance which is cause by the printing machine rigid gap or paper receiving gear, is difficult to suppression using the conventional PID algorithm, First of all a compensation method based on Small Gain Principle is proposed. This method is using filter with positive feedback adding on the system to impact disturbance compensation. Secondly, the stability conditions are given. Finally the simulation and experimental verification is given. The result show that: the positive feedback filter compensation method, eliminating the systematic static error and suppress the impact of system greatly. This method is simple, easy to implement, and does not change the original structure of control system. It has certain engineering application value.
