Abstract:

TRIZ theory is proven to be an efficient tool for engineering design by many big companies. It can be very helpful with solving practical problems. This article develops an innovation method that introduces TRIZ theory into mechanical design methodology. A design of assembly technology clamp is developed to prove the effectiveness of the method. This paper describes an assembly technology clamp design to be used to produce stirring tank for improving the degree of automation based on the TRIZ approach. It could suit to different diameter of the tank, which improves efficiency highly. Finally, it proved that the design proposed by TRIZ is feasible.
