Urban　residents　want　to　build　the　community　with　senses　of　identity,　belonging,　and　security.　To　provide　recommendations　for　the　establishment　of　such　communities,　this　article,　by　using　centrality,　cohesive　subgroup,　and　reciprocity　index　of　the　social　network　analysis　method,　analyze　the　social　relations　between　the　residents　of　the　urban　community.　The　results　show　that　China＇s　urban　community　residents　association　form　mainly　embody　in　the　elderly　group　interest　activities　and　residents　interaction　is　quite　low　at　present.　For　the　above,　the　paper　puts　forward　some　suggestions　that　the　community　organizations　should　organize　some　activities　which　young　people　like　to　participate　and　should　let　the　neighborhood　committees　become　a　bridge　between　the　community　residents　and　the　outside　world.
