摘要:
BST-2, also known as CD317, HM1.24, or tetherin, has been recognized as a broad-spectrum antiviral molecule against the release of enveloped viruses. To observe the expression of BST-2 in eukaryotic cells, BST-2 cDNA was amplified by PCR, and then cloned into the eukaryotic expression vector pEGFP-C3 or pFC15A individually. The recombinated constructs were transfected into 293 FT cells. Under the fluorescent microscope and confocal laser scanning microscope, the BST-2 fusion protein mainly distributed outside the nucleus unevenly.
