As　the　core　of　the　road　transportation　system,　vehicle　drivers　are　the　direct　road　users　and　essential　to　traffic　safety.　In　order　to　study　the　driver＇s　cognitive　rules,　we　analyze　the　whole　process　of　drivers＇　information　perception,　judging　decisions,　reaction　and　action　while　driving　in　terms　of　the　driver＇s　cognitive　demands　to　road　transportation　system.　A　structure　model　of　how　a　driver　processes　the　information　is　put　forward,　and　the　operating　mechanism　of　the　model　is　analyzed.　Driving　behavior　is　a　cognition　information　processing　course　going　on　unceasingly,　and　the　study　on　in　formation　processing　model　of　human　factors　is　important.
