In　this　article,　we　construct　a　Fenchel-Lagrangian　epsilon-dual　problem　for　set-valued　optimization　problems　by　using　the　perturbation　methods.　Some　relationships　between　the　solutions　of　the　primal　and　the　dual　problems　are　discussed.　Moreover,　an　epsilon-saddle　point　theorem　is　proved.
