The　paper　points　out　the　current　problems　in　designing,　employing,　and　managing　multimedia　courseware　in　engineering　education　and　teaching　within　China;　recommendations　to　improve　aspects　of　direction,　supervision　and　management,　and　training;　established　and　implemented　training　plans　and　details;　and　acquired　project　support　from　the　authorities.　Sound　achievement　has　been　obtained　in　educational　practice　in　the　last　years.
