According　to　the　requirements　of　Ministry　of　Education　for　training　software　talent,,　Aim　at　the　software　engineering　features,　and　as　a　breakthrough　for　shortage　of　talent　on　software　test,　the　paper　analysis　the　employing　demand　of　IT　enterprises,　study　the　training　target　of　software　testing　talents,　demonstration　the　requirements　of　ability　training　on　software　testing,　explore　a　new　way　to　improve　the　ability　for　the　student　with　software　engineering　practice　and　the　their　professional　quality,　concise　the　teaching　philosophy　of　training　software　testing　talent,　and　build　the　new　pattern　of　training　software　testing　ability.　Based　on　this,　build　the　curriculum　system,　laboratory　construction　scheme　and　test-case　base　which　support　for　the　new　pattern　for　training　software　testing　ability　could　put　in　practice.
