摘要:

The paper aims to introduce the accident influence predicting method of hazard sources based on real-time meteorological information. This method is integrated by the atmospheric numerical modeling technique, the simulation method of atmospheric dispersion, the source emission calculations method and the data post-processing technique. This method can predict the concentration of hazardous gases caused by emergency in 3-dimensional space, and evaluate harm extent of the accident using concentration limits of each pollutant.
