摘要:

Theory of ecosystem health assessment is introduced into the urban function zoning research. The indicators which could reflect not only the feature of ecosystem health but also urban function of Tangshan central area are selected to analyze the suitable human activities characteristics for each urban unit. The criteria for analysis about proper human activities and ecological impacts of proposed urban functions are defined to be a dataset. A programme which could quantify the conformity between indicators of each unit and urban function characteristics is developed to sequence the proper urban function for each urban unit. It suggests that the basic functions of urban units include eco-preservation, housing, information, financial industry, culture and education: The development-functions are varied among the urban units due to their ecological characteristics. The main development-functions are business service, tourism, microelectronic industry, electronic equipment manufacturing, storage industry, agriculture, machinery, processing industry and chemical industry. The results can provide useful information for decision-making during the ecological city construction.
