It is a very important factor of ensuring graduate education quality to improve innovation ability, and it is related to graduate student's career and professional development in future. Innovation ability of graduate students majored in management pay more attendant to make new thinking and take it into practice. Based on questionnaire survey to some students and teachers of an university, the general situation is introduced, and conclusions are drawn as followed: innovation consciousness of graduate students is shortage; knowledge structure of instructors are limited; training methods are unreasonable. According to these questions, suggestions on instructor team building and training model are put forward.
