Fuzzy　Answer　Set　Programming　is　a　framework　that　combines　Answer　Set　Programming　with　Fuzzy　Logic　successfully,it　can　deal　with　uncertainty　and　imprecise　information,so　improving　the　expresiveness　of　answer　set　programming;　Answer　Set　Optimization　programming　combines　ASP　with　qualitative　optimization　techniques,solving　a　variety　of　practical　problems　with　preference.　However,　in　the　fuzzy　case,how　to　figure　out　the　solution　that　satisfying　users　requirment?　Research　on　this　issue　is　not　much.　So,in　this　paper,we　learn　from　FASP　and　ASO,　combine　FASP　with　qualitative　optimization　techniques,introduce　FASP　with　preference,　give　a　method　of　fuzzy　answer　set　optimization,It　can　figure　out　the　solution　that　satisfying　users＇　requirment　simply.
