摘要:
The load unbalance problem of cold and heat is a universal issue in Ground Source Heat Pump (GSHP) system. If the problem cannot be solved very well, the underground soil temperature will be gradually rise or decrease inevitably year by year, which will eventually cause the GSHP system cannot work normally. Therefore, in this paper, the operation data of the GSHP system in recent three years are collected and analyzed in high-rise residential building in Jiangsu area, and the results show: In residential building of high temperature and humidity area, cooling load in summer is greater than heating load in winter which lead to obvious thermal accumulation, with a 55.6% unbalance rate of cold and heat between summer and winter. The soil temperature has an obviously rise about 1.5(omicron)C similar to 2(omicron)C in past three years' time. The outlet water temperature on underground side can be up to 38(omicron)C, causing the operation of the heat pump unit deviation from design condition, low efficiency and the lower cooling load compared with rated value.
