In　connection　with　the　problems　existed　in　graduation　design　management　of　universities,　the　user　roles,　functional　modules　and　critical　activities　of　graduation　design　process　management　are　analyzed　with　object-oriented　analysis.　Applying　three-tier　Browser/Server　architecture　and　Java　Web　component　technology,　a　graduation　design　process　management　based　on　Web　is　developed.　It　covers　all　the　phases,　such　as　graduation　project　application,　project　choosing,　process　monitor,　thesis　defense　and　achievement　summary,　and　manage　the　process　by　both　college　and　department.　By　applying　the　system,　graduation　design　process　is　unified,　the　workload　of　calculation　is　decreased,　the　efficiency　and　quality　of　graduation　design　management　are　improved.
