Taken complex adaptive system (CAS) and system dynamic (SD) theory into the core-structure industrial cluster innovation network, this investigation focuses on innovative mechanism of focal firm and its co-opetitors as agents. RK-MAD model has been built based on the innovative resource and knowledge transforming viewpoint. And it uses AnyLogic simulation with network structural variables and agents' behavior to study the relationship between core-structure industrial cluster innovation network structure and innovative performance. AnyLogic simulation indicates the negative, positive and positive relationship between the changes of structural variables (mean minimal path length, aggregation coefficient and degree distribution) and innovative performance. The results show that the communication and cooperation of focal firm and its co-opetitors reflects the structural changes which means the variegation of innovative activities leads to different mechanism shifting and influences the transforming effect of innovative resource utilization and knowledge dissemination. At the same time, the environment of innovation also changes with agents' activities. For surviving and developing, agents adapt to the innovative situation. Generation, extinction and other activities could cause the structure altering. To demonstrate these relationships a threshold should be emphasized.
