Abstract:

As a new absorption refrigeration system, NaSCN-NH3 diffusion absorption refrigeration system uses a solution of an inorganic salt compound as the absorbent, ammonia as the refrigerant. This paper presents some parameters that affecting on the performance of NaSCN-NH3 diffusion absorption refrigeration system. By comparing simulation and experimental data, the results show that the COP of NaSCN-NH3 diffusion absorption refrigeration device set to 2 kW cooling capacity can reach 0.4, when the regeneration temperature is 80 degrees C similar to 105 degrees C, the concentration is 0.38 similar to 0.5 and condensation temperature is 30 degrees C.
