Teaching　in　the　design,　teaching　and　practice　of　design　theoretical　knowledge　is　as　important.　This　research　is　mainly　exploration　to　combine　the　green　wave　control　theoretical　teaching　with　practice　design.　Through　the　analysis　to　questions　that　research　finds　in　the　the　theoretical　teaching,the　paper　has　proposed　new　teaching　methods　and　complete　practice　form,　to　enrich　and　improve　the　content　of　theoretical　teaching　and　practical　teaching,　and　promote　the　further　improvement　of　teaching　quality.
