This　paper　systematically　summarizes　the　current　situation　of　Chinese　water　conservancy　construction　and　its　problems,　and　analyzes　the　Chinese　traditional　culture　as　reference.　According　to　the　present　situation　and　problems　with　Chinese　water　conservancy　construction,　this　paper　puts　forward　some　ideas　for　solutions;　with　expect　to　make　a　good　use　of　exploitation　and　application　of　water　resources.
