摘要：

Due　to　the　drawback　of　traditional　weighting　methods,　this　paper　discusses　the　commercialization　potentia;　evaluation　system　based　on　Delphi　survey,　and　evaluates　the　weight　of　each　attribute　using　swing　methods.
