摘要：

This　paper　mainly　introduces　the　design　of　wireless　hand-held　terminal　(HHT),　for　the　data　acquisition　and　management　of　the　lighting　monitoring　system,　which　mainly　been　used　in　the　field　of　transmission　line.　It　described　the　hardware　system　base　on　ARM9,　and　then　the　method　of　establish　the　GUI　developing　environment　based　on　Linux　platform　and　Qt/Embedded.　And　the　procedures　of　the　program　design.
