With　the　continuous　improvement　of　living　standards,　cardiovascular　diseases　are　becoming　a　major　threat　to　human　health.　Since　we　are　suffering　the　shortage　of　medical　resources,　the　way　of　traditional　treatment　not　only　brought　about　the　waste　of　time　and　money,　but　also　the　decline　of　the　quality　of　medical　care.　This　paper　presents　a　design　that　to　use　the　GPRS　wireless　modem　in　the　non-invasive　pulse　wave　detecting　system,　so　that　it　can　be　applied　on　the　long-distance.　Based　on　the　former　research　of　pulse　wave　detection　device,　our　new　system　is　combining　with　the　Siemens　mc55　GPRS　wireless　modem,　through　data　collection,　processing,　analyzing,　sending,　to　receiving.　We　achieved　the　goal　to　do　non-invasive　detection　and　remote　monitoring　of　cardiovascular　diseases.　The　system　not　only　can　be　applied　to　in　the　clinical　area,　but　more　suitable　for　community　hospital　and　family.
