Abstract:
通过对ZnWO_4:Cr~(3+)激光晶体发光特性的研究发现,随掺杂浓度的变化,荧光强度明显改变,在掺人Cr_2O_3浓度为0.005%和0.08%时有两个峰值;并发现低浓度与高浓度的激发峰分别为622nm和608nm。激发波长变化时,荧光强度发生改变,用532nm激发时,仍有较强的荧光。
