This　paper　gives　the　lesson　studies　of　the　current　large　infrastructure　projects,　and　systematical　analyzes　the　essence　of　the　Chinese,　traditional　culture　in　order　to　the　use　for　reference,　and　proposes　some　new　viewpoints　on　project　management　application　and　project　manager　selection,　with　the　expect　to　provide　some　efficient　methods　for　Chinese　construction　enterprise　implementing　the　project　management,　and　to　do　some　contribution　to　the　large　infrastructure　project　management　in　theory　level.
