Based　on　current　research　and　through　analysis　of　system　development　coordination,　the　paper　constructs　reasonable　evaluation　index　system.　Furthermore,　take　grassland　resources　in　Nag　qu　Tibet　as　an　example,　set　up　evaluation　index　system　of　environment　and　economy　system　according　to　coordination　degree　models　and　eventually　analysis　coordination　condition　of　11　counties　in　Nag　qu　District　using　coordination　functions.
