Since the uncertainty in development of emerging technologies and markets, there is not any method applied widely to evaluating the potential market of emerging technologies. Therefore, this paper linked consumer requirements with new product attributes and put forward a new approach to identifying potential market of emerging technologies. Firstly, a set of consumer requirements was found by applying QFD, Fuzzy model or AHP in consumers. Secondly, a set of new product attributes could be got by using Fuzzy model or AHP in product designers. Finally, the potential market of emerging technologies was identified by calculating the connection degree between the two set.
