In this paper, the current method of calculating actual road segment capacity is analyzed and the influence factors are confirmed. On this basis, we use BP Neural Network to approach the function relationship between influence factor and actual capacity. According to the sample we had, the neural network model applied to calculate the actual road segment capacity is established and verified.
