The analytic Customer Relationship Management is the key by which enterprises gain customers and realize intellectualization in Customer Relationship Management. This paper has proposed one kind of improved intellectualization model of Customer Relationship Management based on Rough Set this model carries on the data pretreatment and data mining at one time, in the model the data mining algorithm has guaranteed the authenticity of the data, has omit the data pretreatment as one step, has dodged the strict constraint to data which the Rough Set algorithm requires. By the case real diagnosis, this model is highly effective, feasible.
