Along with the emergency of semantic web technology, sharing resource at the semantic level becomes a hot topic. Ontology can accurately describe the meanings of concepts and their inner relations in an explicit and formalized way, so resource sharing based on semantic web technology get extensive attention. The ontology-based integrated model and the heterogeneous resources integration approach are studied in this paper. The mapping rules from XML schema and relational database schema to ontology are defined, and the semantic mapping approach between different kinds of ontologies is given. A model for sharing resources in P2P systems based on semantic technologies is designed. In this model, ontology is used as the unified resource description form. Peers create their own local ontology, and a global ontology as global view is created. The mapping between global ontology and local ontology is presented.
