＂High-tech　Olympics＂　is　an　important　theme　of　Beijing　2008　Olympic　Games.　The　meanings　of　＂High-tech　Olympics＂　are　not　only　use　the　advanced　and　suitable　science　and　technology　to　support　the　holding　of　Olympic　Games,　but　also　mean　we　should　make　full　use　of　these,science　and　technology　to　industry　promotion　and　social　development　after　Olympics.　＂Olympic　science　and　technology　(OST)＂　is　the　system　of　all　advanced　and　applicable　technology　or　product　which　successful　applied　in　Olympic　Games,　which　can　be　categorized　by　subjects,　such　as　IT　technology,　energy　technology,　construction　technology,　communication　technology　and　so　on.　The　OST　has　the　potential　of　transformation　into　industries　and　become　the　drive　to　force　the　social　and　economic　development.　Based　on　this　thought,　this　paper　investigates　the　main　problems　of　concerning　the　process　of　industrializing　the　OST,　and　the　approaches　for　solving　these　problems　are　proposed　at　last.
