Abstract:
为实现微液滴生成,提出了一种新型的插入毛细管的微通道三维液滴生成方式,并利用高速摄影系统观测了不同流量条件下的生成液滴尺寸、间距的变化情况。实验结果表明,在次通道中,分散相流量保持10μL/min不变时,连续相流量由200μL/min增加至500μL/min,液滴尺寸由260μm减少至176μm,液滴间距离由240μm增加至1268μm。
